Return policies

Here are our return policies for the different products & services. Our return policies are the same for items purchased in clinic or online.

Beauty products & tools:

Natural supplements are exchangeable or refundable within 30 days of the date of purchase upon presentation of the original invoice. Original packaging must be intact. If opened, products are not exchangeable or refundable.

Shipping costs:

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of one or more products (original shipping costs are not refundable). Clinique O’terra is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.

Nutritional coaching:

Nutritional coaching sessions are not exchangeable or refundable.

Body treatments:

Unused body treatments are exchangeable or refundable within 30 days of the date of purchase upon presentation of the original invoice. For the refund of a treatment package already started or for the refund of unused treatments after 30 days following the date of purchase, a monetary loss equivalent to 20% of the initial price of the package or treatments purchased will have to be assumed by the client.

Gift cards:

O’terra gift cards are used exclusively for the purchase of our products and services. They are not exchangeable or refundable for monetary value. O’terra is not responsible for any theft, loss or unauthorized purchase on a gift card.

Refund method:

All refunds will be made via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Products and services purchased with an O’terra gift card will be redeemable or refundable on a new gift card.

Promotional code:

Promotional codes are valid only during their activation period. Please note that we cannot redeem the value of a promotional code on an order that was placed before or after the promotional code activation period. Only orders that were placed during the activation period of a promotional code are eligible for a refund of the code value.
