- Roulette: The ultimate tool when you're pregnant and/or have water retention like me. A fun little massage to do on your thighs. It helps me a lot to drain my heavy legs. I often do it while sitting in front of a TV show hihi

- Body suction cups: Definitely a must that I have been recommending to all my friends and my community for a long time. Best treatment to do at home if you're engorged like me. Just a few minutes daily, and there you go. It treats the cellulite on the surface and unclogs the thighs. In combination with the balm, it's the best!

- Nourishing silky butter : THA best when you are pregnant to cream your belly! I must have gone through 5-6 jars! I did the stretch mark prevention, and it really helped with my skin's elasticity. Otherwise, use in combination with the slippers for the softest feet in the world.

- Foot care slippers: To pamper your feet since they are often forgotten... slippers are perfect for a good repair and deep hydration!

The question often comes up: what is the difference between the O'terra roulette and the body suction cups?! It's simple. Water retention = roulette. Cellulite = body suction cups. These two beauty tools are therefore very complementary, depending on your needs!

ROULETTE
Our O'terra roulette has been specially designed for deep massage to relieve tissue congestion, drain water retention and activate blood circulation. This beauty tool is ideal for people who have water retention, who are sensitive when using our body suction cups, who work in static positions (standing or sitting) and who feel heaviness or fatigue in their legs. Painless, the O'terra roulette is very pleasant to use.

BODY SUCTION CUPS
Our O'terra body suction cups are simply the best do-it-yourself anti-cellulite care to do at home. Simple to use, visible results are obtained in about a month. Since the results and quality of our products are essential to us, we have taken care to try dozens & dozens of suction cups before having ours custom-made, especially for the clinic. DIRECTIONS - BODY TRIO
1- Coat the area to be worked on with O'terra matcha firming balm.
2- Roll the roulette in continuous movements applying a certain pressure for about two minutes per area.
3- Press on the sides of the suction cup to create a suction.
4- Move in the direction of blood circulation (from bottom to top) for a minimum of two minutes per area.
5- Do this every day for a minimum of one month and once the result is obtained, to be done as needed.

Our silky nourishing butter is a rare treat for our skin. It has been specially developed to moisturize, repair and improve skin's elasticity. In addition to being effective for dry skin, chapped lips, dehydrated hands, scars and the prevention of stretch marks. Its *fluffly* texture is pleasant to the touch. It is odourless, suitable for both women and men & compatible with pregnant or breastfeeding women.

DIRECTIONS
1- Activate a small quantity of butter in your hands.
2- Apply to the areas that need to be treated and massage it into the skin.

BUTTER INGREDIENTS

FOOT CARE SLIPPERS
Our foot care slippers & nourishing silky butter are the perfect care for your feet. They were developed to provide an effective moisturizing and repairing treatment from home. They are the perfect combo for chapped, cracked or chapped feet as well as for feet that simply need a moisture boost.

Made of silicone, the foot slippers are both practical and complementary to the nourishing silky butter. In fact, they reinforce the butter's power to moisturize and repair dry or damaged feet even better. Specially designed to be long-lasting, they also stand out for their ecological aspect since they only need to be cleaned between uses. What's more, they fit all foot sizes without a problem!

DIRECTIONS - SLIPPERS
1- Activate a good amount of butter in your hands.
2- Apply generously and massage on your feet.

REUSABLE COTTON PADS & GENTLE MICELLAR WATER
Our gentle micellar water is made with micelles to capture and dissolve impurities, leaving you with soft skin from the first use. Containing yuzu & blueberry, it is suitable for all skin types. The yuzu is a powerful anti-aging, brightening and normalizing agent for oily skin due to its vitamin A and C content. As for the blueberry, it is a natural astringent that is also known for its soothing, relaxing & calming action.

We like the micellar water because it removes make-up effectively, but also :

DIRECTIONS - COTON PADS & MICELLAR WATER
1- Take an O'terra bamboo reusable cotton pad and apply micellar water to it.
2- Gently clean eye erea, face and neck.
3- Rinse if needed.
4- Put the cotton in its washable bag.
