Our O'terra suction cup & body balm duo is simply the best do-it-yourself anti-cellulite treatment to do at home. Simple to use, visible results are obtained in about a month.

This beauty tool uses a non-invasive technique that leads to the degradation of the body's fat cells (called "lipolysis") and dislodges orange peel skin. DIRECTIONS
1- Coat the area to be worked on with O'terra matcha & pink grapefruit firming balm and apply the suction cup.
2- Create a vacuum by pressing on the sides of the suction cup to create a suction. 
3- Move in the direction of blood circulation (from bottom to top) for a minimum of two minutes per area.
4- Do this every day for a minimum of one month and once the result is obtained, to be done as needed.

TIPS 
Use the large suction cup on the larger parts of the body (buttocks & thighs) and the medium suction cup on the smaller parts of the body (arms, calves, knees & belly). If there is a combination of water retention and cellulite, the use of the O'terra roulette combined with the suction cups optimizes the benefits. In this case, use the roulette first, then the suction cups.
