DIRECTIONS - TRADITIONAL INFUSION
1- Fill about 2/3 of your cup with mate.
2- Insert a bombilla (filter straw)
3- Add water and drink instantly (and repeat)

TIPS - TRADITIONAL INFUSION
Avoid boiling water (75°C is ideal). Infuse the same mate up to 15 times. Drink each infusion within 5 minutes. Do not stir the mate with the bombilla.

DIRECTIONS - COLD INFUSION
Add two tablespoons of mate per cup of cold water. Let infuse for 5 to 10 hours and filter. Add whatever you like!
